Why I Love Them

I love that these dumbbells are both functional and beautiful. If my weights are sitting where I can see them, I’m so much more likely to actually use them—and these are pretty enough that I don’t mind leaving them out. But what I really love is what they represent. Strength training has become less about changing how my body looks and much more about how I want to feel and live. I want to be strong and capable—to carry my own suitcase, hike the trail, get down on the floor and back up again, and keep saying yes to adventures for a very long time. These make it easy to fit a little strength into an ordinary day without turning exercise into a production.
